(Ward) is a leading Tier 2, multi-faceted civil and environmental engineering contractor with a history of over 50 years. Ward is an employer of 160 staff with offices in Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane. Projects undertaken by Ward can range up to $150M, including road works, bulk earthworks, mining and renewable projects, remediation and utility installation.
The role will include:
Estimating across a diverse range of sectors
Project programming & analysis of the tender documentation
Supervision and development of support staff including engineering assistants
To succeed in this role, you will require:




8+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
Demonstrated experience with DTMR specifications and schedules
Experience with the development of methodologies and tender programs
Experience preparing subcontractor and supply RFQ packages
Exposure to Microsoft Project and/or P6 Primavera is desirable
Ability to work autonomously with the small project team in QLD
