Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Welder on a full-time permanent role based in Dandenong South to join our collaborative and dynamic team.
As a Qualified Welder, you will facilitate productive and effective production and processing functions of the business, in a safe, accurate and timely manner. This is a terrific opportunity to join a fast-paced and creative team with an exciting pipeline of projects coming up. This position would suit an individual who has a strong work ethic and a desire for interesting, diverse, and challenging work.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The successful applicant will have drive and ambition and has the skillset mentioned below:
Welding Qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience




Must hold any recognised welding qualification
Ability to pass in-house weld test procedures to AS ****** SP
Experience working with heavy fabrication of Structural Steel & working with Stainless Steel would be an advantage
Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
Ability to effectively work unsupervised
Ability to work overtime during the week & on Saturdays.
Must have Australian work rights as this is essential for this position
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
Full-time from Monday to Friday – 38 hours - AFTERNOON SHIFT
Afternoon shift hours are 3pm-11pm
Fixed-term contract position with an opportunity to extend
Competitive industry rates + penalties
