Responsibilities as a Marketing Team
Integrated Marketing Campaigns - This is the primary vehicle that brings everyone together. A campaign has a specific goal, audience, and timeline.
Product Launches - A launch is a complex, time‐bound project that requires deep collaboration.
Sales & Marketing Alignment- This is an ongoing process, not a one‐off project e.g. quarterly business review with Sales to align on target accounts, refine lead scoring in the CRM, and ensure both teams are working from the same playbook.
Content Amplification Strategy - Creating content is one thing; ensuring it gets seen and drives results is another, e.g. launching a whitepaper, etc.
Customer Advocacy & Retention Programs - Moving beyond acquisition to nurture existing customers.
Brand Refresh or Repositioning - A significant project that potentially takes place every few years.
