Your Responsibilities
Site Leadership
Lead and supervise a crew on site each day.
Allocate daily tasks and ensure productivity targets are achieved.

Project Delivery
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Construct all aspects of high-end residential landscapes.
Coordinate daily construction sequencing.
Ensure works are completed to program.
Identify potential issues before they become problems.
Work proactively with the Project Manager to keep projects moving.
Quality Control
Deliver work to an exceptional standard.
Complete ongoing quality inspections throughout construction.
Ensure all finishes meet company expectations before progressing.
Maintain tidy, organised and professional sites.
Complete end-of-day housekeeping and site organisation.
Safety & Compliance
Lead by example with workplace safety.
Conduct daily pre-starts and toolbox discussions where required.
Ensure all Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) are followed.
Maintain equipment, vehicles and machinery correctly.
Report hazards and incidents immediately.
Communication
Communicate professionally with clients while on site.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
Provide daily updates to the Project Manager.




Assist with scheduling upcoming materials and subcontractors.
Identify variations or scope changes early.
Team Development
Train apprentices in correct construction methods.
Hold team members accountable to company standards.
Foster a culture of continual improvement.
Lead with professionalism, respect and integrity.
Essential Requirements
Applicants
must have previous experience working as a Landscape Leading Hand or Foreman.
To be considered you will also have:
Strong knowledge of residential landscape construction.
Ability to read and interpret plans.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities.
White Card.
Current Driver's Licence.
Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions on site.
