Business Development Specialist - POS Solutions QLD (Mandarin Speaker)
We are a local point-of-sale (POS) software company and we are looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our Queensland team.

About the Role
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of QLD merchant accounts, acting as their primary point of contact
Identify and develop new business opportunities across QLD's F&B; and Retail sectors
Conduct onsite sales visits, demos, and consultations with prospective merchants




Install and configure POS hardware and software for new customers onsite
Onboard new merchants and ensure a smooth go-live experience
Proactively maintain customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
Handle customer queries and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner
Provide feedback to the product and support teams based on merchant needs
Proven sales or account management experience (POS, payments, or SaaS industry highly regarded)
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
Comfortable with hands-on technical work (hardware setup/installation)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule/territory
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
You need to have an Australian driver's licence and your own vehicle
