Join Henkel and play a pivotal leadership role within the Consumer Brands business as the Shopper Marketing Manager ANZ. In this influential role, you will drive category and brand growth by developing and embedding a holistic consumer and shopper strategy across all retail touchpoints. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Category and Sales, you will ensure Henkel's brands connect with consumers while delivering exceptional in-store and omnichannel execution at the point of purchase.
Partnering closely with Marketing Managers, you will translate brand strategy into compelling shopper activation plans that align with brand equity, communication platforms and innovation priorities. Using consumer insights, data and commercial acumen, you will define strategic activation frameworks, guide investment decisions and deliver best-in-class retail execution that drives measurable business outcomes across an evolving omnichannel landscape.
What you'll do
Thisrole provides responsibility across Australia and New Zealand and exposureto diverse retail environments and stakeholders.
Partnerwith Marketing Managers to develop integrated consumer and shopperstrategies that deliver consistent brand experiences across media, retailand digital channels.
Leadthe annual Shopper Marketing strategy, activation roadmap and shopperactivation calendar, aligned to category and commercial priorities.
Translatecategory and brand strategies into shopper activation frameworks usingconsumer, shopper and path-to-purchase insights.
Actas the strategic link between Marketing and Sales, driving alignedgo-to-market plans, innovation launches and execution excellence.
Facilitateinternal and customer planning workshops to identify growth opportunitiesand strengthen collaborative partnerships.
Defineshopper marketing investment priorities and manage the budget to maximisebrand impact and commercial outcomes.
Developinsight-led retail activation,



POS and omnichannel solutions that bringbrand strategies to life and enhance the shopper experience.
Leadagency partners, embed a test-and-learn approach through post-campaignevaluation and ROI analysis, and drive continuous improvement in shoppermarketing effectiveness.
Successwill be measured through activation effectiveness, retailer engagement,brand growth and return on shopper marketing investment.
What makes you a good fit
Tertiaryqualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
5+years' experience in Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management orrelated commercial roles.
Demonstratedability to translate consumer and shopper insights into effectivecommercial strategies and activation plans.
Strongcommercial acumen with experience managing budgets and deliveringmeasurable return on investment.
Provenability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and collaborateeffectively within a cross-functional, matrix environment.
Experiencepartnering with Sales teams and retail customers to develop commerciallyeffective shopper activation programs.
Excellentcommunication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
