Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm smile
Handle phone and email bookings
Process payments and check-ins/outs
Share local tips about Horsham and the region
Keep reception neat and guest-ready
Skill & Experience
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
A good communicator who enjoys teamwork
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Experience in RMS or hotel reservation management system preferred
Versatile with weekend availability
Experience in hospitality is great, but we're happy to train the right person!
