What you'll do
Provide technical assistance and support for application-related issues.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Strong understanding of software applications and their functionalities.




Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Relevant degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Nice to have
Experience with healthcare applications or systems.
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Skills & tools
Knowledge of application support tools and methodologies.
Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
