The role
Based at our head office in Tullamarine, we are looking for a dynamic individual looking to grow their career. You will be working as a part of a supportive and a progressive team within a positive working environment and be responsible for the following:
Planning and managing material replenishment to support production and service requirements
Monitoring inventory levels and optimising stock holdings to meet business objectives
Monitoring supplier performance and managing supply risks
Raising purchase orders for stock and non-stock items in line with operational requirements
Liaising with local and overseas suppliers regarding forecasts, deliveries, and material requirements
Managing excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory
Maintaining accurate planning data,



inventory records, and SAP master data
Monitoring supply risks, identifying shortages, and implementing corrective actions to minimise disruption.
Managing and controlling daily inventory stock counts.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in materials planning, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain roles
Ability to proactively identify and resolve supply risks, inventory issues, and material shortages
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to perform under pressure and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
