About the Role
As our Content & Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, creating and coordinating engaging social media content that helps grow our audience and strengthens our brand.
You'll work closely with our Operations Team, franchise network and overseas video editor to bring fresh content ideas to life.
What You'll Do
Film engaging content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Stay on top of the latest social media trends




Plan and schedule content across our social channels
Direct content shoots with staff, customers and franchisees
Work closely with our Operations Team to showcase new products, promotions and store activations
Collaborate with our overseas video editor to produce polished content
Monitor performance and help grow our followers, engagement and reach
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that people genuinely want to share
About You
You'll ideally have:
A creative eye for social media content
Confidence filming and directing people on camera
A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent AI skills
A positive, energetic attitude
The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
Formal marketing qualifications are not essential.
We care more about creativity, content instincts and your ability to understand what performs on social media.
Experience growing your own social account, working with brands or creating high-performing content will be highly regarded. A strong portfolio, TikTok account or Instagram presence may be more valuable to us than a traditional marketing degree.
