This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Beautopia Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd as an Operations Manager. In this full time role, you will be based at our Lane Cove West, NSW location ( with travel to stores ) and play a vital role in overseeing the effective and effective operations of our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Help manage and oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity
Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures to improve efficiency and drive improvement
Liaise with key stakeholders, including suppliers, to build strong relationships and resolve any issues
Monitor and analyse operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as a key member of the leadership team
Work with stores and store managers to improve sales and efficiencies.
Store visits with travel interstate.
What we're looking for
Experience (5+ years) in an operations management role, preferably within the retail or wholesale distribution areas
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team,



with strong people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and act on operational metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, operations management or logistics
Hands on Operational experience.
Inventory and Warehouse management a plus
ability to travel interstate
