Box Hill Institute is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead procurement projects, provide expert commercial advice, and strengthen procurement capability across the organisation. What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end procurement and tender processes
Provide expert procurement, contract management and probity advice
Drive procurement governance, compliance and continuous improvement
Manage complex and high-value procurement projects
Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships
Deliver reporting, spend analysis and strategic insights
Coach and uplift procurement capability across the Institute
What You'll Bring
Significant procurement and contract management experience
Strong knowledge of Victorian Government procurement frameworks
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
A passion for governance, continuous improvement and delivering results
Qualifications/requirements
A relevant Degree in economics, finance, business, procurement, or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of qualifications, expertise and experience is highly desirable.
