Senior Accountant / Manager

Position Overview: Join their incredible Team and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. This is a chance to grow professionally in a supportive, energetic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of privately owned businesses, family groups and high-net-worth clients
Providing proactive tax planning and strategic advisory services
Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns and other compliance work
Advising clients on business structures, restructures, CGT, Division 7A and general taxation matters
Building and maintaining strong long‐term client relationships
Mentoring,



coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
Working closely with Partners on complex client engagements and business development opportunities
Qualifications
Approximately ***** years' experience within public practice
Strong experience managing client relationships and servicing a portfolio independently
Solid technical knowledge across Australian taxation legislation
Experience advising privately owned businesses and high-net-worth clients CA or CPA qualification
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for mentoring others
A proactive, commercial approach to solving client problems
