This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Site Manager looking to take the next step in their career with one of Australia's leading commercial kitchen and bar specialists.
Working across hospitality, clubs, hotels, healthcare, education, and aged care projects, you will be responsible for managing projects from award through to successful completion. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including the coordination of bespoke in-house stainless‐steel fabrication, commercial kitchen and bar installations, and the procurement, delivery and installation of commercial foodservice equipment.
With a strong focus on quality, safety, programme, and budget, you will ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard while providing an exceptional experience for our clients and project partners.
This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced construction environment, enjoys building strong relationships with clients, builders, and subcontractors, and takes genuine pride in delivering technically complex projects with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities
Manage commercial kitchen and bar fit‐out projects from project award through to practical completion and handover.
Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, proactively monitoring progress and identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, installers and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews to maintain quality, safety and compliance throughout each project.
Undertake detailed site measurements, review and amend shop drawings, and coordinate the release of custom stainless‐steel fabrication packages to production – traditionally suited to individuals with a joinery,

carpentry or similar background.
Liaise with clients, architects, builders, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Review architectural, construction and services documentation to ensure project requirements are accurately interpreted and executed.
Provide clear, proactive communication and regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of best‐practice project delivery processes.
Willingness to roll up the sleeves and help at site from time to time.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager or Supervisor within the commercial construction industry.
Experience delivering commercial fit‐out projects, with hospitality, commercial kitchens, bars, foodservice or similar specialist projects highly regarded.
Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies, project sequencing and site coordination.
Proven experience coordinating detailed fabrication packages, ideally supported by a background in joinery, cabinetry, carpentry, architectural metalwork or bespoke fabrication.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, programme and budget outcomes.
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to successfully integrate multiple trades and project stakeholders.

Ability to interpret architectural, structural and services drawings together with technical specifications.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and suppliers.
A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high‐quality project outcomes.
Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety legislation, construction compliance, and industry best practice.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with project management platforms such as Procore, Aconex or similar will be highly regarded.
Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to project sites nationally, with most projects located throughout Victoria.
