Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data Analyst
who can do far more than produce reports.
This position will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the organisation's reporting direction, ensuring stakeholders have access to meaningful, actionable, and business-focused insights.
You will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to establish reporting frameworks, develop KPI methodologies, and deliver high-impact dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.
The role will also be heavily involved in
business intelligence transformation initiatives
, including the migration and optimisation of reporting capabilities between
Tableau
and
Power BI
.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Reporting roles




Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience setting reporting direction and influencing enterprise reporting strategies
Proven experience delivering
Tableau-to-Power BI migration programs
or similar BI transformation initiatives
Advanced
Power BI
skills, including
dashboard development
,
visualisation design
, and
stakeholder-focused reporting
Strong
Tableau expertise
with experience managing, enhancing, or migrating reporting environments
Advanced
SQL skills
across data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance measurement, and business reporting
Excellent
data storytelling
and
insight generation
capabilities
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect data insights with business outcomes
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
