What you'll do
Lead all recruitment efforts for the Legal Engineer and Product Specialist team, identifying top talent with the right combination of legal expertise and technical aptitude to support Harvey's growing client base across the region.
Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, helping them build skills in both legal technology implementation and client relationship management.
Take ownership of critical customer success metrics including platform adoption rates, active utilization statistics, and contract renewal outcomes to ensure the long‐term health and growth of key accounts.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations, positioning Harvey as a trusted strategic partner rather than simply a technology vendor.
Monitor industry trends and competitive developments in the legal technology space to ensure the team remains informed and can effectively position Harvey's offerings in the market.
Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions, providing insights on team performance, client feedback, and opportunities for growth in the APAC region.
