Banjo's Bistro and Beer Garden is a multi space venue located at the East Malvern RSL. Overlooking parkland and Gardener's Creek the venue is a family focused space catering for dinner 5 nights and lunch on weekends plus regular events and functions.
We are currently looking for an experienced hospitality person to join our team and help manage the day to day food and beverage service at the bistro and downstairs in the beer garden.
Being a large format venue the successful applicant will work hand in hand with a fantastic General Manager who oversees top level operations and will assist with service and functions.
The key duties of the role will be:
Food and beverage service
Managing your front of house team
Rostering and stock ordering
Liaising with kitchen




This role is best suited to a energetic hospitality person with a strong background in food and beverage service. It's a lively venue with kids, families and older customers so a people person is the most value asset you can bring to the role
Whilst management experience is very welcome, we are also happy to work with and train the right person as long as they have a strong hospitality background
