What You'll Be Doing
Finding amazing talent before everyone else does
Building relationships with candidates, schools, RTOs and industry communities
Running phone screens, interviews and talent campaigns
Activating talent pools and nurturing future apprentices and trainees
Partnering with stakeholders across AGA and the wider group of businesses
Using modern recruitment technology, automation and candidate engagement tools to deliver outstanding outcomes
