We are currently seeking a self-motivated and committed
Maintenance Officer
to join our Kingsley team on a casual basis. This role is a casual position and will support the coverage of absences and do additional project as required. The team currently need additional resources for at least 3 days of work a week on Monday, Tuesday,



and Wednesday for the next 3 - 6 months.
To be considered for the role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in property/building/grounds maintenance, painting, waste disposal is essential;
A trade background is desirable;
Previous aged care experience is desirable;
Ability to understand air conditioning and plumbing particulars;
Good communication skills including computer literacy;
Demonstrated experience coordinating external contractors;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team;
Ability to be organised and an eye for detail;
Excellent time management skills;
Australian Driver's Licence;
A current National Police Certificate (no older than six months),
Australian working rights are essential requirements for this position.
