Apiam Animal Health is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Bendigo team on a full time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, orders, and contracts, and maintaining accurate customer records in our ERP/CRM systems.
You will work across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to delivery, handling invoices and payments, and supporting stock transfers and administrative tasks.
