Task & responsibilities
Conducted market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning, facility management, and property services sectors.
Identified and approached prospective clients, including corporate offices, retail businesses, warehouses, factories, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government organizations.
Developed and maintained strong business relationships with existing and potential clients to promote company services and generate new contract opportunities.
Arranged and attended client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
Prepared quotations, service proposals, capability statements, and tender documentation for commercial cleaning and facility management contracts.
Coordinated with operational teams to develop customized cleaning and property service solutions that met client specifications and industry standards.
Assisted in the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), tender responses, and contract documentation for commercial projects.




Maintained an active sales pipeline and monitored business development activities to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Analysed client requirements, market trends, and commercial opportunities to support strategic business planning and expansion initiatives.
Negotiated service agreements and contract terms with clients under the guidance of senior management.
Prepared regular business development reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management review.
Collaborated with management to develop and implement marketing and customer acquisition strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Monitored customer satisfaction levels and coordinated with operational teams to ensure service quality and client retention.
Maintained accurate records of client interactions, proposals, quotations, contracts, and business opportunities using company systems and databases.

Qualification & experience
A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year proven experience in business development, sales or related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the information and organization industry is a plus
