The Opportunity
Working closely with our recruitment leaders and consultants in the trades and labour teams, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and build a sustainable pipeline of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and engaging prospective clients across target markets
Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Attending client meetings, networking events and industry functions




Understanding workforce challenges and presenting tailored recruitment solutionsGenerating job opportunities for our specialist recruitment teams
Preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and securing new agreements
Maintaining a healthy pipeline and reporting on business development activity
Partnering with consultants to ensure an outstanding client experience
Building Stellar's presence and reputation throughout the Brisbane market
