El Jannah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our rapid‐paced outlets and bring the El Jannah experience to life daily. You will oversee guest experience, team culture, food quality, safety and commercial results, while embodying the EJ Way.
As a senior, hands‐on leader, you will develop your management team, optimise staffing, manage labour and costs, uphold food safety standards and engage with the local community. Availability for flexible rosters is required.
