Become an Account Executive at MGA Insurance and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our valued clients. In this full-time position , you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing expert advice and ensuring our clients receive the coverage they need to protect their businesses.
Key responsibilities
Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers
Manage ongoing client relationships, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to queries
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client accounts
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within your client portfolio
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and market trends
Collaborate with the broader team to share knowledge and best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance brokerage or sales role
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and product knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships




Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the right insurance solutions for clients
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in insurance, business, or a related field
