We are offering casual employment for the right applicants to cover annual and sick leave
Ralac Lionsbrae provides residential aged care services to the elderly, homeless and to persons of low socioeconomic means. At Lionsbrae we have a special mix of residents of varying ages and backgrounds with a diverse range of needs, so no two days are the same. About the Role
The Lifestyle Assistant co‐facilitates group and individual activities based on each resident's assessed needs and preferences so that each resident may achieve during their daily living activities.




Preferable memory support unit experience and understanding of the lifestyle needs of residents who are cognitively impaired.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications & experience
Experience working in a lifestyle / recreational role
Certificate 4 in Leisure and Health, Cert 3 in individual support or similar.
Sound computer skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Eligibility to work in Australia (compulsory)
Tasks & responsibilities
The right person will demonstrate a good understanding and passion for making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Will work with residents to identify their individual interests and strengths.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop a rapport with our specialised cohort of residents.
You will be proactive, energetic and have a focus on the individual.
Supporting the Lifestyle Coordinator and the rest of the Team
