This leadership role involves overseeing a team of product managers, fostering a cohesive product approach across our development and operational, cloud capabilities, and database engineering sectors. You will be instrumental in initiating key architectural changes that enhance our offerings.

What you'll do
Establish and communicate the vision and roadmap for cloud engineering products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
Mentor and develop product managers, promoting best practices and a unified approach to product management.




Drive architectural innovations that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within technology or software development.
Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering successful cloud-based solutions.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, databases, and engineering principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Familiarity with data analytics and user experience design principles.
