is seeking an experienced and passionate Horticulturist to join our growing team.
As the maintenance division of the
Vogue Grange
,
Vogue Plus
is responsible for the ongoing care and enhancement of quality residential and commercial gardens across Melbourne. This role is focused on maintaining exceptional outdoor spaces and building solid relationships with our clients through proactive and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out horticultural and landscape maintenance works across a range of properties
Plant care including pruning, fertilising, pest and disease management
Monitor plant health and identify issues requiring attention
Irrigation inspections and basic troubleshooting
Weed management, mulching, and seasonal garden maintenance
Provide recommendations for landscape improvements and plant replacements
Maintain gardens and landscapes to a consistently high standard
Complete works safely, efficiently, and professionally
About You




Qualification in Horticulture or relevant industry experience
Strong plant knowledge and identification skills
Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or garden care
Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
Current Driver's Licence
