About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be a key link between our customers, suppliers and production teams, helping deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the efficient operation of the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
Coordinating with production and dispatch to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Resolving customer enquiries and service issues.
Purchasing site consumables and glass stock.
Processing purchase orders, goods receipting and supplier invoices.
Maintaining inventory records, stock reconciliations and coordinating monthly stocktakes.
Supporting production programming when required.




Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maintain high safety standards.
About You
You'll bring:
Experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment.
Strong administration, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Experience with purchasing, inventory or stock control.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems (SAP and/or LiSEC experience is advantageous).
A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
