, this role offers a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys. As a qualified teacher, you will deliver high-quality tutoring services tailored to individual student needs, helping them achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their learning.
What you'll be doing
Delivering personalised tutoring sessions to students across various year levels and subject areas
Assessing individual student learning needs and developing tailored learning plans
Creating engaging and interactive learning materials that support student progress
Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
Adapting teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and abilities
Maintaining clear communication with students, parents and the tutoring centre management
Contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Preparing detailed session notes and progress reports as required
What we're looking for
Valid teaching qualification or relevant tertiary education in education or a subject discipline
Current or recent experience in teaching or tutoring students
Strong subject knowledge in one or more curriculum areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible ways
Patience,



empathy and a genuine passion for supporting student learning
Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Professional and reliable approach to part-time commitments
Working with Children Check (WWC) or willingness to obtain one
Preferred experience in one-on-one tutoring or small group instruction
