The Role - will include
Liaising with tenants
Respond to all phone and email inquiries
Routine Inspections
Entry & Exits Condition Reports
Process tenancy applications & hosting opens
Admin duties
The Person
The ideal person for the role will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.
Minimum 12 months experience as a Junior Property Manager
If you have managed a small portfolio this will be highly advantageous
Current Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
Valid drivers licence
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Professional personal presentation
