Our valued client, based in Dandenong, is a leading advanced manufacturing and processing facility specialising in sustainable packaging and plastic recycling solutions. We are currently seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Machine Operator / Technician to join their growing team.
Location: Dandenong
Pay Rates:
Day Shift (Training - 1 week): $***** per hour
Night Shift: $***** per hour
About the Role:
The successful candidate will commence on
day shift
in a packing role for approximately one week to gain an understanding of the products and manufacturing processes. Following successful training, you will transition to the
night shift
as a Machine Operator/Technician.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.
Experience with machine setup, operation, adjustments, troubleshooting,



and basic maintenance.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Competent in using hand tools, including Allen keys, spanners, and other basic mechanical tools.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Essential Criteria:
Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
Full working rights in Australia.
Attendance at a mandatory meet-and-greet with the client prior to commencement.
