Bayside Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Speech Pathologist (Grade 1 or 2)
to join our growing team at Regional Care Group working across sites in Korumburra, Leongatha and Wonthaggi. This is a fantastic prospect to contribute to your community while working in a supportive and innovative organisation.

Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology or recognised equivalent
Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
Entitlement to work within Australia
Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date
Provision of valid Working with Children Check
Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check
In accordance with Directions made by the Secretary, Department of Health, this employee must be vaccinated against Influenza with a TGA approved vaccine
At least 2 years' experience working in any of general medicine, stroke/neurology, geriatric evaluation and management, inpatient rehabilitation or community rehabilitation caseloads
Demonstrated knowledge and reasoning in adult Speech Pathology assessment and intervention in any of acute, rehabilitation, community or residential aged care settings
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Established skills in organisation, planning and priority setting
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care
An understanding of the principles of and demonstrated involvement in continuous quality improvement
