About the Role
Be part of a team that helps keep our Planning and Building services running smoothly. As a
Business Support Officer
, you'll provide accurate and timely administrative support to technical officers while delivering a high standard of customer service through face-to-face and other customer interactions. This is a varied and fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork and strong organisational skills are essential. You'll play a key role in ensuring legislative and operational requirements are met, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and helping deliver efficient, customer-focused services to our community.

About you
All CoM employees will demonstrate an ability to articulate and demonstrate benefits of positive culture and values.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment.
Demonstrated ability to provide effective administrative support and coordinate day-to-day responsibilities within a collaborative, multi-functional team workplace.
Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with proven data entry experience and intermediate computer skills, particularly across Microsoft Office applications.
