Your Mission
You're the final checkpoint before every order reaches a customer.
Every order you inspect.
Every parcel you pack.
Every improvement you make.
Protects our reputation.




You'll own the final stage of production and make sure every customer receives exactly what they ordered, accurately, on time and to the highest standard.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll:
Perform final quality inspections.
Pack and dispatch customer orders.
Prepare replacement and make-up orders.
Manage courier bookings.
Monitor packaging and dispatch stock.
Identify quality issues before customers do.
Improve systems and workflows.
Work closely with our Production, Graphics and Customer Happiness Teams.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first month you'll understand our products, quality standards and dispatch systems.
Within three months you'll confidently manage dispatch while helping improve quality and efficiency.
You'll know you're succeeding because customers receive the right order, every time.
