As we continue to grow and innovate, we're looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to lead the strategic direction of our product portfolio and help take new products and capabilities to market. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with customers, influence business strategy, and play a key leadership role in a successful global software business.
About the Role
The
Product Manager
reports directly to the General Manager, you'll own the vision, roadmap, and commercial success of RCM's product suite. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for a Product Manager who enjoys engaging directly with customers, understanding market dynamics, and translating business needs into impactful software solutions.
This is not a back-office product role. You'll spend significant time speaking with customers and prospects, understanding their challenges, validating opportunities, and ensuring our solutions deliver real business value. You'll also work closely with Development, Sales, Support,



and Leadership teams to bring products to market and drive ongoing success.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and evolve the vision and strategy for RCM's products and services.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to customer & business needs.
Assess the commercial viability of current products, features, and opportunities.
Prioritise initiatives based on market demand, customer value & business impact.
Align stakeholders around product direction and priorities.
Build strong relationships with customers across the car rental industry.
Lead customer discovery activities; interviews, workshops, surveys, and site visits.
Gather and validate product requirements through direct customer engagement.
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Product Development
Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements.
Collaborate with development teams through the software delivery lifecycle.
Participate in backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
Guide user experience outcomes so products are intuitive, practical & valuable.
Go-to-Market & Product Launches
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products & feature releases.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Support teams on launches.




Define release strategies and rollout approaches.
Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and commercial outcomes for releases.
Partnerships & Commercial Growth
Evaluate and manage third-party integration and partnership opportunities.
Work with stakeholders & partners to deliver commercially valuable outcomes.
Contribute a product and market perspective on the leadership team.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking, customer empathy, and product leadership.
Essential Experience & Skills
5+ years' experience in Product Management experience.
Proven success launching new products or major product initiatives.
Strong understanding of SaaS and software business models.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to analyse customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making capability.
Experience in the rental car, fleet management or transportation sectors (desirable, not essential)
