Veneto Club is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Receptionist / Customer Service team member.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests
Answer phones and assist with enquiries
Process memberships and reception transactions
Operate the deli register and assist customers
General administration and customer service duties
About You
Friendly and professional
Robust customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and cash handling skills
Previous reception, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
Italian language skills are welcomed but not essential
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
