Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Head Cook to uphold kitchen quality standards and lead a busy hospitality team. You will guide daily operations and coordinate with management to deliver high quality Mexican meals.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, training and developing kitchen staff, while supporting the Restaurant Manager with COGS, Labour and Operating Expenses. Food safety and WH&S; are paramount.
