About the role
The Senior Administrator - Corporate Services provides broad administrative, financial, HR, governance, contract and compliance support to help the organisation operate efficiently, professionally and in line with organisational, funding and legislative requirements. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and teams across the business, the role requires a highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused professional who can work autonomously, exercise sound judgement and discretion, improve processes, follow through on actions and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
You will bring specific experience in:
Finance, payroll and reimbursement administration, including invoicing, reconciliations, purchase orders and audit-ready record keeping.
HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, leave, offboarding and confidential employee records.
Corporate services support across governance, contracts, compliance obligations, reporting deadlines and organisational registers.
Coordination of documents, meetings, actions and follow-up activities to support timely delivery of operational priorities.
Systems administration and process support, including Learning Management System oversight, records management and consistent use of approved organisational systems.

You are incredibly focused on attention to detail, with high-quality output and strong organisational effectiveness to back this up.
Professionalism and Emotional Intelligence
– Ability to carefully manage confidentiality, discretion with sound judgement.
Rigorous record keeping
– you have experience in roles where audit trails and meticulous data entry have been key responsibilities of your role.
Technology-enabled and confident
– passionate about using technology, AI and automation to enhance quality, improve productivity and support smarter ways of working. Advanced level of competence using Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint (authoring and administration)
