Our vision is simple: help people move better, recover well, and build long-term health through high-quality, evidence-based care.
We work across rehabilitation, longevity, and chronic disease management — practical, personalised programming that actually holds up over years, not weeks.
We're looking for an exercise scientist to own the strength and conditioning side of that work.
What you'll do
Program and implement one one one and small group session (3 or less) that run for an hour
Apply training principles across a variety of populations with various goals
Establish, track, and reassess key health measures for clients
Educate clients with practical advice to empower them on their health journey
Complete administratives duties to support client care
What we're looking for




An enthusiastic passionate person who is ready to apply strength and conditioning principles to create great client outcomes
Must have
Bachelor of sports exercise science
First aid and CPR certification
Working with children check
Nice to have
1 year relevant experience
