Are you an experiencedRegistered Nurselooking to step into a leadership position within residential aged care?
This is an exciting chance for a passionate clinical leader to join amedium-sized nursing home in the Albury region, supporting a high-performing team and delivering exceptional care to residents.
You will work within a strong leadership structure, reporting to theFacility Managerand collaborating with theCare Manager,Registered Nursesand care team to drive quality outcomes.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and support to Registered Nurses and care staff.
Assist with care planning, clinical assessments and monitoring resident outcomes.




Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Mentor and develop team members to promote best-practice clinical care.
Monitor clinical documentation, incidents, risks and care delivery.
Collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
CurrentAHPRA Registered Nurse (RN) registration.
Previous experience working withinResidential Aged Care.
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for supporting teams and improving resident outcomes.
A collaborative approach with the ability to lead and influence others.
