About the Facility
Roshana Fig Tree Point Aged Care is a 73‐bed home that feels welcoming for both residents and staff, with comfortable rooms, shared lounges and a calm, homely atmosphere.
Residents are supported by a stable, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, open communication and safe, person‐centred care every day.
We are looking forCleanersto join our aged care team at Roshana Fig Tree Point Aged Care, in a (casual) capacity.
The shifts for this role is 7am to 2pm, across Monday to Sunday.
About the Role
As a Cleaner, you will play an key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
Your work directly supports the health, wellbeing, and dignity of those in our care.
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role where attention to detail and pride in your work make a real difference every day.
What You Will Be Doing
Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general cleaning duties
Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are always met
Manage waste disposal and restocking of supplies




Support a safe, tidy, and homely environment for residents and staff
Follow cleaning schedules and facility procedures
Work cooperatively with the broader care team
What You Will Bring
Previous cleaning experience (aged care, healthcare, or commercial cleaning preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Understanding of hygiene and infection control practices (or willingness to learn)
A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
