About the Role
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for a Packaging Supervisor to lead a small team and drive safe, efficient, and high-quality output on the production line. This is a practical, people-focused role where you'll support and develop team members while ensuring operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Coordinate production line setup, ensuring job requirements are clear and met
Monitor and optimise line performance to improve efficiency and output
Conduct quality checks and address any product or process issues




Provide on-the-job training and upskilling aligned to individual capabilities and plans
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Partner with Support Mentors to address barriers and support team performance
About You
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach
Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to train, guide, and motivate a diverse workforce
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator who works well across teams
