Senior Project Manager at crusoe
About the role Crusoe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of Engineered to Order modular data center projects. You will act as the primary bridge between customer requirements and our internal manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure projects meet safety, code, and design specifications.

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Restricted Stock Units

What you'll do
Lead the Spark modular data center project from initial engineering through final site delivery.
Establish project goals, financial budgets, and timelines while managing scope control.
Partner with procurement, estimating, accounting, and production departments to align deliverables and mitigate risks.
Manage customer expectations, change orders, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and execute change control strategies, including RFI management, submittals, and risk logs.
Oversee permit requirements by coordinating with the licensing team and managing jurisdiction-specific compliance.
Ensure all manufacturing and construction activities adhere to ISO ****:**** standards and safety regulations.
Provide mentorship to team members and drive continuous process improvements within the facility.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering,



Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction, or electrical equipment industries.
Strong knowledge of building and electrical codes for collaboration with engineering and AHJ representatives.
Proven expertise in managing complex or first-of-a-kind projects with dynamic change management requirements.
Proficiency in scheduling methodologies including waterfall and agile.
Ability to forecast costs and manage project budgets from inception to completion.
Must be able to participate in a drug and alcohol program as this is a safety-sensitive role.
Nice to have
Experience in data center construction or R&D; management with tight deadlines.
PMP or CAPM certification.
Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes.
Skills & tools
Scheduling software: Smartsheets, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6.
Documentation: Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
ERP systems: SAP, Visual, or Acumatica.
