Caring Circle Support Network
is currently seeking passionate and dedicated
Support Workers
to join our close-knit team. Based across the Western Suburbs and Geelong, this vital frontline role involves supporting NDIS participants of all ages to live independently, feel empowered, and reach their personal goals.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll:
Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
Assist with meal preparation, household duties, and medication prompts
Support community access, transport, and participation in recreational activities
Encourage social connection, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth
Help maintain routines and promote independence in a safe, respectful environment
Collaborate with families, professionals, and the broader support team
Document progress and changes in wellbeing clearly and accurately
What You'll Need
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
Experience providing personal care,



manual handling and medication administration
A reliable vehicle and full driver's license
Understanding of disability and/or mental health support including managing Behaviours of Concern and providing support to complex participants.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care
Flexible availability for shifts covering 7am - 9pm
Ability to complete accurate timesheets and progress notes
Requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (Preferred)
At least 1 years experience in the Disability or Mental Health sector (desirable)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Driver's licence and access to a reliable, full comprehensive insured vehicle
Full Australian work rights (desirable)
