Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an ambitious and career driven candidate to join our fast paced and reputable firm. This position will provide a fantastic opportunity to further develop and showcase your skills. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients and insurers
Answering & making calls
Arranging meetings and conferences
Calendar management
Invoicing

Skills and Experience:
Please note: This position is not suitable for law students or law graduates
To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a support role, preferably in a law firm. Candidates with exposure to litigation will be highly regarded. In addition, you will possess the following qualities and experience:
Strong time management, problem solving, and organisational skills
Professional and confident written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and personable attitude
The ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong MS Office and computer skills
Familiarity with diary and email management
The confidence to work autonomously and as a team player
Ability to multi-task
