This unique opportunity combines a
Maximum Term Contract position (until February ****)
with a
Permanent Part-Time position
, offering flexibility and stability within a supportive hospital pharmacy environment.
The role involves providing clinical and operational pharmacy services, working closely with healthcare teams to support protected and effective medication management and patient care.
Proposed Hours
7.5 hours per week (Maximum Term Contract until February ****)
- preferably Wednesdays
5 hours per week (Permanent Part-Time)
- preferably Fridays
Days and hours can be flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication management support
Conduct medication reviews and support quality use of medicines
Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams
Support medication safety, governance and accreditation activities
Contribute to dispensary and operational pharmacy services
Build solid relationships with hospital stakeholders
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centred approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
Strong organisational and time management skills
