An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale Cyber Resilience Program within a leading Australian university.
The role sits within the University's Cyber Resilience & Recovery Program, supporting a large Network Segmentation initiative. They're looking for someone with strong technical BA experience working across networking, network security, NAC, Zero Trust, SASE/SD-WAN or broader network infrastructure transformation, partnering with network engineers and cyber teams.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
Produce high-quality business and technical documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications and process maps.
Conduct current and future state analysis and identify gaps, risks and dependencies.
Work closely with cyber security, infrastructure, architecture and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support solution design, implementation,



testing and business readiness activities.
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
You'll be an experienced Technical Business Analyst with solid stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to work across complex cyber security programs.
Technical Business Analysis with experience across Network Segmentation, Network Security, NAC, Zero Trust, SASE/SD-WAN or broader network infrastructure projects.
.Requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and current/future state analysis.
Producing high-quality technical documentation and functional specifications.
Working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience within Higher Education is advantageous but not essential.
