What you'll be responsible for
Managing student onboarding and progression through the RPL process
Providing ongoing support and guidance to students
Coordinating with RTO partners and internal teams
Monitoring student outcomes, satisfaction, and completion rates
Identifying opportunities to improve the overall student experience
