About the Role
We are seeking a focused and reliable Dockmaster / Traffic Controller to join our team at our high-volume site in Dandenong. This is a critical role responsible for managing the safe, efficient, and orderly flow of heavy vehicles, deliveries, and pedestrians across a bustling, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Traffic & Dock Management:
Coordinate and direct incoming/outgoing heavy vehicles, couriers, and site visitors safely.
Clear Communication:
Provide precise, polite, and authoritative verbal directions to drivers and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Safety Compliance:
Maintain a strict focus on workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols, ensuring pedestrian zones and loading docks remain clear and secure.
Incident Resolution:




Respond calmly and effectively to operational bottlenecks, delays, or changing site priorities.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
A minimum of 6 months of experience in traffic control, dock management, or a fast-paced logistics environment.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to give clear, concise directions.
Cultural Competence:
Comfort and capability working within a vibrant, multicultural team environment.
Composure:
A proven ability to remain calm, level-headed, and professional under pressure.
Licences:
Valid Traffic Control ticket/White Card and Forklift LF licence).
