Looking for a bartender who can handle the bar independently. Experience is a must. Southbank rapid‐paced restaurant. Training provided. Coffee knowledge is a bonus. Weekends are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Work closely with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation in accordance with venue policies.
Skill & Experience
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Well‐presented, reliable, and punctual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
